Motion: H&I Funds (Hospitals and Institutions)
"Set aside up to $500 from 7th tradition funds for Hope Group's Hospitals and Institutions (aka CFC/TC Correctional Facilities/Treatment) activities to carry the AA message."

Motion: Update prudent reserve to include expenses and rent
"Update the method for calculating the prudent reserve to ensure that Hope Group maintains two months' worth of total expenses in its reserve."
Currently the method is "two months" rent or a minimum set balance.  Expenses, which vary each month, are based on Hope Group Activities, and which are reported by the Treasurer, are not accounted for in the prudent reserve.
